Daycare description / philosophy

Har El Daycare in West Vancouver has just opened their doors to the communities. We are a play base program catering to the children of 3-5 years of age and are permitted by licensing to have two children under 3 years of age. We are a non-profit centre offering Kosher lunches and snacks through our catering company.
